Biggest Blame Fool

Tell Yourself How Lucky You Are

The kids will be wearing top hats, bow ties, and using black canes.  Mrs. P and I used yard sticks, swiffer handles, and whatever hats we could find.  This video is soooooo hilarious.  Without further ado, for your entertainment pleasure....

Oh The Thinks You Can Think LFES

My MIL is an elementary school music teacher.  Every year she directs a 6th grade play at the end of the school year.  The 2011 play is called Seussical The Musical.  She asked me to help choreograph the dances since this year the play is more like a musical with singing and dancing.  I have never taken a dance class in my life, but she assured me that the dance moves need to be easy and basic for her students.  We have video taped all the dances and uploaded them to a website for the students to use while practicing.  Tomorrow, I am off work for MLK day, but my MIL and all the students have to go to school to make up for all the weather days they have used this year.  I am going with her to school to teach the 6th graders the dances for the play.  Then, they will hopefully know the dances pretty well and can use the online videos if they need to.  My SIL and mom requested to see some of our dance moves in action, so here it is.....

New Year's Eve

Scott and I spent New Year's Eve in Helena with our friends Krystal and Mat. We met up in Homewood to eat dinner at Cocina Superior.  We went back to their house and had a small get-together with a few other couples.  I thought only Scott was obsessed with fireworks, but apparently it's a guy thing.  All the men were outside blowing stuff up all night while us girls talked and got in pjs way before midnight.
