4 T butter (melted)
1 1/2 c all purpose flour
2 1/2 t baking powder
1 c sugar (2/3 c if you don't want them to taste soooo sweet)
3/4 c milk
1 egg
1/4 t vanilla
1 c shredded cheese
Preheat oven to 400 and bake muffins for 20 minutes. Enjoy with honey butter!!
