Scott and I were supposed to be at the beach August 6-13, but due to not having enough leave after being out of work for 2 months we weren't able to go. So, Scott showed up with this lovely little blow-up pool Sunday. I'm sure our neighbors are just thrilled. Seriously though, it is the PERFECT size for a couple or small family. It is 2 feet deep and 8 feet across. We can be found most nights after dinner lounging in the backyard because that's how we roll.
Florist are so overrated. Just pick water lilies in the creek and put them in a random Aquafina bottle you find in your pick-up truck. Your wife will be elated. It's the thought that counts, and I thought it couldn't be sweeter.
